Coaching Ethics Violations should be sent to the President of your Local Hockey Association. If that is not possible, send to the Chairperson of your MAHA District Council.
NOTE FOR SPRING AND SUMMER TEAMS ---- YOU DO NOT NEED A TEMPORARY COACHING CARD TO COACH SPRING/SUMMER HOCKEY.
