The Runners Up Tournament was held for all open district division spots on February 20 - 22, 2015 at Fraser Hockeyland.

This year there were District openings in six divisions for the MAHA State Playoffs. Districts that had an eligible entry for the "Runners Up Tournament" competed for the open spots.

The following divisions had open spots filled in the State Playoffs: Squirt A, Pee Wee A, Bantam A Midget B, Midget BB and Midget A.
