MAHA Teams with YouthSportsPLUS to Bring Live Streaming to Michigan

The Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) is proud to announce a partnership with YouthSportsPLUS, the Minnesota-based, industry-leading technology and services company specializing in integrated mobile streaming services. The new five-year partnership aims to modernize MAHA’s membership engagement through in-game live video streaming, commentary services, video analysis, and fundraising opportunities.

“Our new partnership with YouthSportsPLUS aims to kick off a transformative experience for MAHA,” said Jason Reynolds, MAHA Director of Operations and Marketing. “This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to modernize so many touchpoints of our membership experience, whether it’s communication, content creation, or even revenue generation. We are thrilled to explore all possibilities to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our statewide community.”

YouthSportsPLUS is the driving force behind MNHockey.TV, Minnesota Hockey’s premier hockey streaming site which encompasses all things hockey in Minnesota. Services include live video streaming of youth and high school hockey, news and updates, video analysis resources, recruiting tools, and rankings. MNHockey.TV also features original content including podcasts and highlight shows.

“We are excited to partner with MAHA who are looking to advance the game and embrace technology.” said Pete Waggoner the Director of Hockey Media Services for YouthSportsPLUS. “The core foundation of what we do is to partner with reputable governing bodies such as MAHA that allows us to go beyond the live stream for the viewer, and extend it to player development and an enhanced coaching experience.”
