The Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) is proud to partner with EventConnect, the industry's first all-in-one sports tournament management and live hotel-blocking platform, to facilitate hotel accommodations for teams qualifying for the 2024 MAHA State Playoffs.
Our partners at EventConnect have secured advanced room blocks in all host markets where our 2024 MAHA State Playoffs will be held. Participants can simply access the appropriate links and choose from the variety of brands and price points offered in order to make advanced hotel reservations. Unlike other competitors partnering with independent tournament providers, EventConnect does not issue an upcharge for room rates they are blocking off. Participants should find room rates to be competitive with pricing that would otherwise be offered directly. Furthermore, any shared commissions that come back to MAHA are utilized to off-set operational costs, thereby allowing MAHA to keep its membership and tournament fees down. EventConnect removes the pain points surrounding amateur group travel through an easily accessible interface, customized hotel connectivity, and dedicated customer support.
