The Runners Up Playoffs were held the weekend of February 14 - 16 to determine the fianl spots in the Tier 2 and House B State Tournaments.

Jackson B&M Tower represents District 8 in the Pee Wee A State Tournament
Birmingham Rangers represent District 7 in the Bantam A State Tournament
Jackson B&M Tower represents District 8 in the Bantam A State Tournament
Kensington Valley Generals represent District 7 in the Midget B State Tournament
Oakland Jr. Grizzlies represent District 7 in the Midget A State Tournament
Livonia Knights represent District 8 in the Midget A State Tournament
