The position for MAHA Disabled Sports Director is open and provides a great opportunity for the right Candidate for a rewarding and challenging volunteer position with MAHA.  You will use your drive and skills to offer existing and new opportunities for the disabled to participate in the great sport of ice hockey.  There are several divisions under Disabled Hockey that are, but not limited to, sled, hearing impaired, special and amputee.

In order to help give you a better understanding of the scope of Disabled Hockey please refer to our website, www.MAHA.org  and www.USAHockey.com and browse under Disabled Hockey.   Also refer to the attached sheets going over the duties and responsibilities of this position.  You will be tasked to assemble and lead a network of volunteers to help administer and grow Disabled Hockey throughout Michigan.  You will also be responsible to develop your data base with contact information as you go along.
